EXECUTIVE BOARD

The board members of the Livonia Hockey Association (LHA) are elected by the General Membership every March at the General membership meeting. Board members are elected for a two year term, with up to eight members elected each year for a board of up to sixteen members. Empty positions may be filled by appointment by the LHA president if needed.

Brad Larsh

President

Brad Larsh been involved in either playing or coaching hockey since 1990. Brad has been on the board two seperate times, from 2014-2017 and from 2021-Present. His main focus as president is to help get Livonia Hockey Association back to where it was in the 2010s: A premiere destination for hockey families and a Top 3 Association in the state. Brad currently coaches the 2011 Knights and plays in the Over 30 League here in Livonia.

During the offseason, you can catch Brad fishing in one of the many lakes in Michigan, or finishing up a woodworking project.

John Tomasaitis

Vice President

John Tomasaitis has been a part of the board since 2022, and has been coaching in Livonia since 2021. John started coaching his oldest son on the 10u/squirt house team. Since then, he has been involved at multiple age levels as all three of his kids now skate at Livonia.

John has been engaged at bringing initiatives to light. John has been instrumental and bringing goalie coaching to Livonia and planting the seed for player development beyond just goalies. John has led many fundraising campaigns to allow for new and or updated programs to be introduced into the LHA. John is also busy behind the scenes by being on the main SportsEngine admins.

With his 3 kids, John is usually always at the rink doing something hockey related. Feel free to stop him and say hi or feel free to offer feedback as we are always looking for opportunities to grow and make the association a great place for our families and skaters.

Katie Hersh

Chris White

Secretary

Chris White has been a part of the Livonia Hockey Association for most of his life, coaching all of his children in the Association. Currently, he is an assistant coach for the Girls 19u Knights. Chris also has been a part of the Livonia Over 30 League.

Chris focuses on building powerful skating techniques, shown with his work teaching the Adult IP class in early 2023. He believes gaining these important skating skills early into your hockey career is the key to continued success, as well as preventing injuries. Chris also understands the importance of refereeing, as his son has been inspiring him to get his refereeing certification.
