The Livonia Hockey Association is proud to celebrate our players, 4th grade and older, who excel in school by maintaining a GPA above 3.0 while playing hockey.     Our program awards each  qualifying player with a lapel pin, recognition on the All-Star banner in both Eddie Edgar and Devon-aire rinks and on this website.     Click here for the application for this program and this form must be accompanied by a copy of the report card or a signature from the teach or principal certifying the achievement.  The deadline to submit is Dec 17th.  All completed forms should be placed in Michelle Christ's mailbox at Eddie Edgar.
